Billing questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Local card and EFT via Paystack. Everything is billed in ZAR — no currency conversion overhead, no international surcharge.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no proration surprises, no retention flows.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet — we're monthly-only while we're getting the product right. Once we do add annual, existing customers get the discount retroactively.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 30-day trial of Pro — no card required. You get the FIT TAKE brief, daily digest, and full pipeline for the trial window.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you subscribe before day 30, you stay on Pro (or Agency) without interruption. If you don't, your account drops to Starter — still free, still fully working for browsing scored tenders, but the FIT TAKE / digest / pipeline features switch off. Upgrading later restores them instantly.
Do I need a credit card to try TenderFit?
No. Sign up with just an email. We only ask for card details at the moment you subscribe — never before.
